KATZ ADVANTAGE APPOINTS LAUREN MCHALE TO
LEAD SPORTS MARKETING ADVANTAGE
New York, September 21, 2009 – Katz Advantage, the strategic sales and marketing arm of the Katz Media Group, today announced the appointment of Lauren McHale to lead the Sports Marketing division.
An 11-year Katz Advantage veteran, McHale today was named the Vice President, Director of Sales, for Katz Advantage Sports Marketing. McHale previously served as Vice President, Manager, Sports Marketing, responsible for the sale of sports media and marketing sponsorships on behalf of Katz Advantage. In her new role, McHale will oversee all sports sales, offices and personnel, reporting directly to the company president, Bonnie Press. The Sports Marketing division provides customers with fully integrated sports marketing programs and media buys, leveraging local marketing strength with MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL and NCAA play-by-play radio broadcasts and extensions.

McHale joined Katz Advantage as a sports coordinator in 1998 and was quickly promoted to account executive. In 2004, she was named Sports Manager. A graduate of Penn State, McHale resides in Wyckoff, New Jersey, with her family.
