DETROIT AND MINNEAPOLIS
Mike Krejci, Bill Klotz, Bob Ruhland Named to Run Offices
New York, January 29, 2009 – Katz Advantage, a division of the Katz Media Group, today announced that its Network Advantage Group has opened new offices in Dallas, Detroit and Minneapolis. The company named Mike Krejci to manage Dallas, Bill Klotz to be the leader in Detroit and Bob Ruhland to lead the Minneapolis office.

A 20-year veteran of the company, Klotz was named Vice President, Manager in Detroit, where he will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing agency business in Michigan, Ohio and Canada. He joined Katz Radio Group in Detroit as an Account Executive in 1989 and was promoted to Sales Manager of Sentry Radio in 1995. He was promoted to Vice President and Director of sales of Clear Channel Radio Sales in 1999, holding that position for 10 years.
Krejci joined Katz in 1996 as an assistant for Eastman Radio in Dallas. In 1997, he was promoted to Account Executive and moved to Katz’s Minneapolis office. Transferring to Chicago in 1998, Krejci stayed until 2000 when he was promoted to Senior Account Executive for Clear Channel Radio Sales and moved back to Dallas. He is now Vice President and Manager for Network Advantage in Dallas.
Ruhland joins Network Advantage as Vice President, Manager of the Minneapolis office from Treasure Island Resort and Casino, where he was Director of Marketing since 2006. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Director of Media Operations for Miller Meester Advertising.
